Review on Brinkmann Shish Kabob Set 9021 by Gary Bush

Bought 2 sets when the price dropped to $7 and at that price I'm very happy with this kabob cookware. They make grilled kebabs very easily. The skewers are quite strong and I prefer them to cheap wooden skewers which need to be soaked before roasting and will still burn. A very simple kit prevents food on the skewer from directly touching the cooking grate. I use tongs to turn each skewer as it cooks, and a very simple utensil does the job. The rack frames that hold the skewers aren't very strong in terms of their construction and I was a bit surprised by their rather flimsy feel, but they work as advertised and make grilling kebabs that much easier. Overall I am satisfied and would recommend it for the price. But, be it this product or any other, that's how kebabs are made and I only wish I had discovered them sooner!
