When it works, it's great. the taste of the water is amazing. However the quality of the product has deteriorated over the years - more plastic in the ceramic filter, fewer stages in the 5 stage filter - and you literally have to order 3 or 4 as they break half the time when they arrive. I like that I can look into the aquarium and add crystals, shungite and tourmaline to the water to energize it, but changing the filter is a chore (basically it means dismantling the whole process, the stones to boil, fill and filter all the water). twice in the tank - it will take about 8-12 hours before you can use it again). Plus, getting a physical filter change is an ordeal. I wish the tanks were glass instead of plastic.
