Best roof bag I've ever used 😍

This article is a life saver! Our area has recently had major wildfires and the air was terrible. With two young children, I decided to get out of the city for some fresh air and camping. The problem is that I had to take my dogs with me and with 2 toddlers I didn't get everything I needed for 5 days of camping plus a spot for a German shepherd and a terrier in the car. When the dogs come in you don't have vertical space to pack as they need room to move around and whatnot. My old roof rack was a waste of space and I threw it away a while ago. Thank goodness for Amazon Prime and next day delivery! This bag is very well made with durable materials and was quite easy to use. You have to make sure it fits properly with the opening zips on the back to keep moisture out from the wind and we had a leak free desert shower on our trip. Oh, and I packed everything myself without too much trouble. I was able to fit 2 large double sleeping mattresses, 1 double sleeping bag, 1 single sleeping bag, double folding chair, 2 baby folding chairs, a large clothing bag, a dual burner camping stove with 2 canisters, a small folding table, various blankets and sheets, a drying rack and a variety of desert-grade excavators, airplanes and dump trucks. (See picture.) All I had to do was put a tent, shade and fridges in the car to keep the dogs and the kids comfortable. I think the manufacturer replaced them all with new better ones as mine were really strong. I used roof rack straps as my rental car doesn't have door seals to move. It wasn't a problem and all the clamps were tight after a long freeway ride and a really, really hot desert sun. I looked at a few of these before leaving and this was by far the best and easiest to use roof luggage bag I've seen. Also, I don't use it now, it packs easily into a small package to put in the garage until next time. Now all we have to do is schedule our next hike with our Wild Xplorer bag!
