Quality materials all around.I've installed a fair number of lights now (homeowner, handyman) and this was a breeze for me. It's open faced, so keep that in mind. Also, a second pair of hands will make it much easier to install as the very attractive and heavy metal surround is not the simplest thing to hold in place while you tighten screws with your other hand. Not unexpected, just a comment about installation!I really, really like the design and quality of the materials. I love the heft and look of everything. I used amber filament LED bulbs in mine (it does not come with bulbs). The brushed/textured surface is very high quality - and I point that out to suggest it will last a long time. This is not a cheap light - but is comparible to lights costing twice as much. Very highly recommended.
