If you have a 2015 or 2016 Trax you will notice a rough idle and increased fuel/oil consumption over time (typically at 60,000 miles). This usually means that the check valve in the intake manifold has failed, causing high valve cover vacuum and a PCV rupture. You can replace the PCV and valve cover, but the problem will remain until that part is replaced as well. The bad thing about the GM design is that the valve and PCV can't be replaced without requiring entirely new assemblies, but that's a separate issue. This part appears to be original OEM, fits perfectly and solves the problem. 10,000 km driven without problems. I also appreciate the high delivery speed that allowed me to get the car up and running quickly. I will buy again if the check valve goes away after another 50,000 miles.
