The instructions could use a little more explanation.
Thank you to those who have posted. It's good to know that you can't erase 2 hard drives even though there are two bays. i think it's ok I couldn't figure out what the toggle button next to the drive bays is for. Has anyone figured it out? I would give more stars but haven't had the time to use all the features yet. Decided to add, this product doesn't work. Definitely not worth $$. So far only one disk has been erased. Bad service, terrible manual.
