First, they fit great and are very comfortable. They're thin enough for summer and keep feet cooler than thicker socks. They also don't feel bulky between your toes like thick ones sometimes do. They prevented blisters from forming on the underside of my 4 fingers. My 4th toe on both feet has some skin going under my 3rd toe. When I walk or jog a lot, the rubbing causes blisters that are very painful. I've been wearing this brand of socks every day for about a year. This separates my toes so they don't rub against each other as much, even in normal socks. It's not very far apart, just enough that they don't rub. Too bad the skin on my toes still gets under the skin when I walk without socks. I have to tape them off when I wear regular socks, but I don't have to tape my big toes anymore. Unfortunately they already have a few holes in the heel seam, a thumb in the seam (but not on the nail which is cut very short), a second toe on the top seam and the top of the toe where they flex. I've worn them 8-10 times each. They are washed in a laundry bag and hung out to dry. This keeps the elastic from wearing out in the heat of the dryer and the pocket protects them from items that could get caught in the washing machine. I think the return time is over, I should have contacted them a month ago when the first pair started opening at the seam on the fingers instead of just sewing them on themselves. They also sound very bad. I use a sweater shaver every few washes to avoid irritating my feet and blistering my heels. I used to buy this brand in different colors that I liked. I wish they were still selling them because they've held up well and the colors were neutral grey, black, burgundy and navy. If they held up better I would give them 5 STARS. In any case, I can contact the company to inquire about a possible exchange. If they endorse their products I will change my rating. UPDATE: The seller called me back the same day asking for photos and my address. As soon as I sent the photos they started a delivery request. It all started on October 1st and was decided on the 2nd! The replacement is scheduled to arrive next Friday, October 9th. I am very satisfied with the excellent customer service. I would definitely buy them again as I really like how they fit and feel.
