My oldest 15 year old Siamese cat Rocky and I were on the plane for three hours. Rocky used to only come to the vet in a heavy vehicle. He always hated going anywhere. I decided to order the Jespet's soft-walled stretcher, a soft cushion for its comfort, its restlessness and to fit under the seat in front of me. The stretcher is very nice and fits under the seat. Rocky, who is a Siamese, is very good at escaping by opening his bag. This was the only flaw, but it's easily fixed by sticking a large safety pin in the top of the zipper. Traveling with a non-traveling cat is challenging at first. Of course, the cat will try to avoid becoming a feral cat. The stroller is well made and undamaged. He calmed down and as soon as the plane took off, Rocky slept the whole time. I would definitely recommend this quality carrier to anyone. ***The only thing to remember is to secure the top of the zippers with pins so your smart kitty can't slip them off!
