Pretty but not structured

Pretty but not structured. I bought this for my 4.5lb sea eagle and he swallowed it. It also has no structure and breaks easily when used.

Not like the photo - strap

Came in one package and was flattened. Even I try to stretch it. It can still be folded up on the sides. This is uncomfortable for my furry child. I wouldn't recommend it unless they fix the fold pages. It also makes it difficult to close and unpack.

Great but with flaws: Soft carriers

The carrier was great when placed on the floor, but the carrier's sides folded inward when carried, leaving little headroom for my pet. The bottom is very hard so I would recommend putting a pillow in it for more comfort. Besides, it was great. Zippers are great for controlling pets on flights. And big size for small pets.

Could fly medium size Delta

Got a medium size for my Morkie. She is small for her breed, only 6 pounds, but she could not stand in it, although she could lie down comfortably. I wish there was an opening at the top of the bag that could be opened as my dog would have been more comfortable standing up and sticking his head out, but he was only able to stick his head out on the sides where it was unzipped.

Needed for a last minute flight

I had a last minute flight and needed a carrier so my small dog could travel 'under the seat' in the cabin. This one fits the specs of the airlines and my pup. Love the two hotspots and was able to easily check out the pup mid-flight. She slept most of the entire trip and sat quietly as she was carried through TSA and the lobby. I've never used a shoulder harness - it looked like it wouldn't be able to get the carrier out of the way and neither would the pups. I've only used pens and everything

Jespet Soft Pet Carrier 19 " x 10 " x 13 gray

My oldest 15 year old Siamese cat Rocky and I were on the plane for three hours. Rocky used to only come to the vet in a heavy vehicle. He always hated going anywhere. I decided to order the Jespet's soft-walled stretcher, a soft cushion for its comfort, its restlessness and to fit under the seat in front of me. The stretcher is very nice and fits under the seat. Rocky, who is a Siamese, is very good at escaping by opening his bag. This was the only flaw, but it's easily fixed by sticking aโ€ฆ
