Very easy to install, just plug in adapters and lamps or whatever you want to use. What I like best is the magnetic remote control. It looks cute unlike others I've seen and researched. The stick and shell are very strong so make sure you want to attach a magnetic backing. I placed mine next to the main light switch and use mine for my string lights that don't have a switch and it always hurts to toggle them on and off to turn them on and off and for a lamp that isn't wired. The lamp turns on instantly from the remote, and there's a half-second delay with the garlands, but that's not shocking - it doesn't bother me at all. Overall this is a great little product and will likely get more for another room in the house in the future.
