I like that it's VERY LARGE so I bought a Dr. Scholl insoles can be placed over the non-removable Goga mat insoles. The shoes themselves are also without my Dr. Scholl very comfortable but they are too wide for my feet if I don't add them. I work on concrete floors so this gives my feet some comfort and reduces the pain. It's not real leather, it's also soft, but it's suitable for my work, so it's ok. hope it lasts
