My only complaint is that it comes with nuts and bolts but no washers or lock washers. It is a security issue of cost reduction. Washers and lock washers **required** for security. What would they be like to screw anything together. The constant vibrations from the wind and the attachment to the building will, over time, cause all of these screws to loosen. It's unacceptable that they expect you to install this without shims and lock washers to save pennies. So go to your home storage and buy some 1/4 inch flat washers and lock washers to install them properly. Therefore 3 stars in the East for the installation. If I have to spend an hour buying excluded parts, you pay for it in reviews. Besides, I can't say anything bad about them. This is a pole mount design that has been around for a very, very long time. There's nothing new, exciting, or difficult about this. Straighten them and attach them to a secure structure and they just work.
