I bought two of these bearings in a year to replace a 2009 Infiniti g37x. The OEM bearing on the passenger side needed replacing at 72,000 miles and on the driver's side at 82,000 miles (the car had that nasty front hum). The bearings are the same (driver's side and passenger's side). One way to tell if the bearings are bad is to honk your horn loudly in the car and the intensity of the noise will change when cornering. The dealer charged me $800 to replace each bearing - it took me about 90 minutes to replace each bearing. I need a high powered percussion gun - I have a Nitrocat and it worked great. You can remove the bearing pins with a pry bar, but it will be difficult. Also, with this percussion gun you will need 1/2" percussion universal joints. Even if you don't have the tools to do it yourself, you'll still save a ton of money by buying tools instead of paying a dealer. You will Have tools for other projects.
