The product arrived quickly and as advertised, the quality is good but it didn't suit me. Perhaps it is more intended/more effective for use by one person (physiotherapist, friend, spouse, etc.) for another person. But I was looking for something I could use primarily on myself to treat trigger points and release muscle tension. I found the handle was too round and big to really aim for specific points and the real handle was too close to the handle so I couldn't get as deep as I wanted before the tool handle touched the tool . skin and prevent the pen from penetrating deeper into the muscle. Another note: I was informed that the product is non-refundable. So if, like me, you're always searching and experimenting with different options to find the perfect tool or set of tools to help with trigger points and pain, keep that in mind. Revain made an exception for me and returned the money which is very valuable.
