This is the best remedy for swollen, inflamed and itchy breasts. Throw them in the freezer and they'll become your best friend. It makes everything feel so much better. I use these all the time. They are also easy to clean. They are taken out of the fabric to put in the freezer or to wash the fabric. They can also be heated. I highly recommend.
