Bought this for my husband for Christmas and when he first opened it I was sure it would be useless. It doesn't look particularly impressive and can't massage anything when you first open it, but after trying it out we were pleasantly surprised. It has strong pressure and a decent range of massage modes. If you place it too high it will be strong enough to knock off the top of your head. The velcro on it is strong and will withstand your movement and lying down. The heating function is also good. The air that escapes after inflation scares our cats, but it's a kind of added entertainment value.
