We had to send them back because of the color appeared different in person than online. The orange is is closer to Pantone 144 (pumpkin) than Pantone 1375 like the bright orange Adirondack chairs they have at Whole Foods.The material is really solid and doesn't look cheap. The instructions seemed clear, though, I did not assemble them.I reached out to Serwall directly to see if they have color samples that they could send me—they do not. There isn't even a local store where I could go to view them in person. Bummer. I'll read other reviews and perhaps order a more traditional color. Our other patio furniture is from Crate & Barrel and hopefully the dark gray matches.Returning the items was a bit of a nightmare. It took over 30 days to send to Las Vegas—I could've driven them there faster than UPS. Even though I had tracking screenshots that all 5 were received, it took an online chat and call, yes a call, with Revain to finally resolve the issue for a refund after 40 days.
