Their customer service is outstanding, their responsiveness was great as well! They were able to quickly solve my issue once they heard what I needed fixed. This being said, there was nothing that I disliked about working with them. I would definitely work together again in the future if this opportunity presents itself. My business needs software that has all our accounting info stored within one system so we can easily access it from anywhere. The fact that it allows us to keep track of multiple accounts at once without having to switch back and forth between programs is awesome.
