I have bought both shampoos and conditioners. The shampoo is so thick that it doesn't spill out of the pump. I was able to apply it to my hair immediately after opening the bottle. The smell is incredible. I use rosemary in many of my products, but this product made my hair frizzy and dry. I used conditioner. It was very thick. I prefer my AC to be like this, so that was fine with me. But it didn't soften my hair which was very rough from the shampoo. I will not buy this product again. I haven't had a shampoo that made my hair this coarse since I went my natural way 10 years ago.
