Review on ASUS VE247H Gaming Monitor 1920X1080 Backlit 23.6-inch, 76Hz, by Joel Eriksson

Pretty awesome. Ultra clear screen, great colors and the resolution I need for artistic applications. Really great monitor. The only downsides are that the speakers aren't overly loud (or even sound good) and the lowest brightness setting in night mode is still too bright for my light-sensitive eyes. Switch (one button), and the menu is simple and very clear. It also comes with AVI and DVI cables (you'll have to buy your own HDMI, but Amazon has good quality ones, very cheap) and the necessary audio cable. I was able to double shield it with the cables that came with it and threw away my old damaged AVI that needed to work at a certain angle. It also had lots of adorable protective plastic to take off which was a nice touch. Finally very quick to set up and connect.
