I have one of these for myself and one I use for my massage clients to help soften the muscles in the shoulders before I work on them which makes it much easier to do deep tissue work. It works great and feels wonderful. I always recommend my clients buy one for themself to use at home.I use one at home myself for two purposes- one to help my shoulders, and two to bring to bed in winter to keep warm at night :)I had mine for a year and both are still working just fine, except I had to get rid of the one I had at home because I left it on the floor next to my bed and my cat urinated on it (not sure why:/). So just don't leave it on the floor if you have cats!
