The software is very easy to use. It's also great for small businesses with limited resources. I dislike that it's not as customizable as other platforms, but I suppose that comes with the territory when choosing this type of program. As long as you understand how it works, it's not too difficult to figure out and get started. It does exactly what we're looking for, which is to connect our vendors (wholesalers) to us so we can easily order products from them. We have been able to find ways to get better prices by working with our vendors directly instead of going through middlemen like Amazon or eBay.
