After reading the reviews, I was skeptical about the comforter's "cooling factor". After my first night with him I can honestly say I was very impressed and it's really cool. I'm not hot at all and I sleep in a hot state. My wife even noticed that she was cold. Very soft and silky material. The weight remains evenly distributed due to the 5 inch squares. The only negative I can say is that it wasn't as big as I imagined. , I will not use it to cuddle with my wife or kids. Although that might be a good thing :) The blanket is amazing and now I have 5 kids who want it!
