Great for saving my work without drilling new holes.

This solved a splitting issue I had with hard maple when trying to use the #8 version of this screw. Please note that if the bag opening is set too low, the screw will protrude too far into and out of the side/edge of the receiver - this can lead to chipping and punctures. The lesson is to make sure you're checking your depth properly. First insert a countersunk screw without a special access piece to check how far it sticks out and how far it goes to the side. is common for working with 3/4" headroom.
