It's great because I use this software every day of work so if there are any issues they're usually addressed very quickly by their team of support staff members who have been fantastic at helping resolve all queries we've had over time - nothing really i dislike about anything but would like them be able improve some functions such as being easier when exporting information into excel/word etc.- We track client info from AR processing right through till final resolution- helps us keep up speed during busy times which can sometimes lead to errors or mistakes occurring due too high volume inputting new records each month-.

Overall its just made life much simpler especially now having an online database system set up where everything gets entered directly via email making updates easy without needing manual intervention hence reducing error.
