is a really good product. It's easy to use. very quickly with little touch of the pad. he could mop and dry floors almost to the advertised mark. I have not used anything since receiving this product. The stem has more than enough segments so you can adjust it to your height. The rotation helps me get to the spots underneath (big plus) but I see room for improvement (1) that plug on the bottom seems pretty easy to remove and without it the bucket is useless. (2) the bucket itself can be a bit larger, for example the top 3 inches doesn't touch the water every time I wet the pad, so I have to turn the pad over and then soak again to wash that side. dry side I'm not sure if they made this side that big because once the water level reaches that little bump on the button the tips of the pads get wet which defeats the purpose of a dry pad.
