Part of Me I want to give these mirrors 10 stars because in a very important way they are so superior to the OEM's that were supplied to Jeep. It's not a direct replacement, not a major problem, and nothing that an hour in the garage with a drill and caulking wouldn't solve. You are so stable! Unlike OEMs, the bodywork is rigid and adjustment is done in the mirror itself, which in itself is a massive improvement. It annoys me that there isn't a way to increase the voltage on the mirrors so you don't have to reconfigure every time someone slams the door! Maybe I got a "weak" pair and other people didn't have the same experience, I don't know. At first I wanted to return them for exchange but didn't want to go through the hassle of reinstalling etc.
