Review on 🍎 Optimized Apple SuperDrive with USB Connectivity by Reggie Stewart

I bought this Apple USB Super Drive in July 2019. It recently stopped working with my computer and Apple made an appointment for me to take it to Best Buy. Best Buy told me the disc was made in 2014 - it was already 5 years old when Revain shipped it. I've also been told that Apple devices with pre-2015 software are not compatible with current versions of Catalina or Big Sur OS. This information was also confirmed by Apple. Revain's customer service is poor - I spoke to Francisco and then to manager Tatiana who were absolutely no help. I am extremely unsatisfied!
