Allow enough time for the installation.
The installation is a bit more complicated because there are actually 6 holes in the bidet that need to be filled with fittings. My installation was delayed due to the lack of parts in the kit. A call to Moen prompted a quick response to get a replacement. Unfortunately, the spare part was lost due to an incorrectly coded address and Moen sent a new one without further ado. (Having tracked down the wayward component, I now have an extra bypass valve.) For this project I bought a Toto bidet and both recommended Moen sets (rough and ready). I replaced an old bidet with a leaking plumbing. The old bidet is now a planter in our garden.
