An excellent percentage, but it seems that it is excellent for games, and such performance is not fundamental for work. Would I upgrade to it from 8400 a second time? Most likely no. Has pros: The performance in games and the system as a whole has changed a lot, I switched from the i5 8400. With its cons: It seemed to me that a rather capricious processor, again compared to my old i5 8400, I inserted it and forgot it. And this one becomes warm under heavy loads and requires attention. The saddest thing is that I bought it to improve the performance of CAD programs, namely autocad, inventor, revit. the differences were only in revit and inventor, and then small.
