Product Damage from Manufacturing

I normally don't write reviews, but with this purchase I felt compelled to do so. The front corner of this shelf was obviously damaged during manufacturing. It was very poorly repaired, with a "patch" that you can easily see, and the stainless is badly marred - and yet it was still shipped as a new unit. I couldn't be more disappointed in this poor quality control. My ratings for sturdiness, ease of installation, and value are strong - the damaged corner drove down my overall rating.

Pros

Perfect!! Exactly what I was needing.. Strong, sturdy, well designed shelving.. I need more!

Cons

The shelf lacks any additional features or compartments for storage customization
