Review on πŸͺ΅ Revive and Rehydrate Your Cutting Blocks with Howard Butcher Block Conditioner and Cutting Board Oil - 12 oz, Food Grade, Ideal for Wooden Bowls and Utensils by Josh Koa

Revainrating 4 out of 5

You have to work your island at night so it has time to soak up the oil and give it a good rub afterwards, or it can leave oil on magazines or.

I installed a raw wood butcher block for my island. I didn't want to end up with stains or chemicals because I roll out dough and bake bread on this tree. This is a natural product and gave my chopping block a warm look. The only problem will be that you will have to work your island at night to give it time to soak up the oil and then rub it in well, or leave oil on magazines or paper that you can stick on it. But I've had very few such episodes because I spend time rubbing the oil in. I love this product and will continue to use it. BTW, the rag I use to wipe and wipe off the oil I keep in a liter jar with a lid and regularly pull it out to wipe down my bookshelf, wood furniture, cabinets, and all wood interior parts and decorations. Using a cloth in a jar will prevent oil from getting on woodwork and lessen the chance of getting oil on paper and other items. hope that helps. This is a good natural product. I gave 4 stars just because of the oil that stays on the surface if you don't rub it in well, but otherwise it gets 5 stars.
