Review on Beigaon Silicone Windshield Wiper Blade Refills 🧼 - Frameless, Universal Size Cut-to-Fit (Pack of 2) by Gabriel Tomato

I decided to take the cheaper route with this 2 for 1 wiper blade rather than paying more than double for a 28ft PIAA blade. There are people who complain about the splintering of the connected wiper blades. It's easier than opening a bag of potato chips. If you can't figure out how to separate two wiper blades, don't try to install this on your car. So on the surface, this seems like a good deal, and it might be. The problem is two things 1. You have the reuse of two metal blades that are attached to the top groove of the blade. This is normal, except they won't stay in place. So the workaround is to hold some of the metal and rubber blades near the wiper assembly and carefully insert them. It took me a few tries to figure out how to do it, but it's not rocket science. You just have to make sure that the wiper frame guide slides into the 2nd slot from the top. You'll see what I mean once you do.2. The rubber tabs are not notched so they cannot be pulled out. Not sure how they will hold up if the blades are used in heavy rain. I'll report back after a few months of use to see if it works. So in conclusion - installation gets a bit more difficult and the lack of a notch on the rubber lip seems a bit iffy. I will report later on how the lack of a notch affects performance in the long term.
