I was looking forward to receiving the lights and when they arrived, the box was nicely packaged and everything was accounted for as advertised. I set everything up and was very happy with the tripods, lights, chargers and the package as a whole.until. The light package came with two remote controls for the lights and NEITHER of them worked to turn the lights on and off. They both could turn the lights up and down but it has been a real pain in the a** to have to get up and turn them off an on 100 times during streams. I would have given the seller a straight-up five stars but I am thinking that because BOTH remotes didn't work, there is a problem in the way they have the lights or remotes configured. The instructions for the remotes and equipment were pretty worthless but it's not rocket science so they weren't really needed to get everything going. If the seller has any kind of customer service and can help solve my issue, I will post an update.
