I want to take before and after photos. This stuff worked great! My car is 6 years old but with the fogged up headlights it looked more like a 20's. As one reviewer said, for some reason it's only the headlights and not the taillights—dust and dirt are sandblasted to a fogged-up state. The kit I received contained double sided sandpaper, red cloth (microfiber?), blue gloves and a sealed packet of cleaning cloth with a strong chemical smell. The instructions are simple and clear: wet the surface, use the green side of the square to gently wipe the milky-yellowish coating. Add another splash of water and use the gray side to buff. This step will take more time and effort depending on how bad your headlights are. If necessary, you must repeat. I spent probably 10 minutes with each of them. When you have decided on the last step, take your red cloth and dry the surface thoroughly. I let it sit for a few minutes to make sure everything was bone dry. Final step: put on gloves, open package, take out thick cloth and gently walk the surface ONCE. I think this is important as you don't want to swipe backwards across an area thinking you missed a spot. Some areas I made don't look as smooth, but it doesn't matter. Who would look that closely, right?! All in all it was a simple, no-fuss procedure and my headlights look like new. Win, win!
