This product has 2 disadvantages, but they are minor. First, it makes your faucet a bit bulkier after installation as it swings the lever back and forth. Second, if someone accidentally presses the button on the eyewash valve, you can expect to get your hands and arms wet the next time you turn on the water as it will flow out of the eyewash nozzles if you don't check the valve every time. The problems aren't design issues and really minor compared to the problem the eyewash station solves. If these issues get to be too much for you, I recommend installing a separate dedicated eyewash station away from the sink.
