Does not work underwater as advertised.
Purchased to repair an Intex above ground pool liner. It was stated to work underwater. It had little grip from the start and when it hit the water it lost all of its grip. The edges immediately began to curl. I followed the instructions in the letter. Does it really stick? Not exactly a plus. I would recommend underwater glue and vinyl to fix anything underwater.
