These are supportive but a little wiggly
These have a good supportive arch, but they are a little wiggly on the ball of my foot.almost as if they were made of Gel :) I put them in my walking shoes which lace up tight, so they seem to work fine. Haven't gone more than 3 miles, so don't know if they would eliminate the the foot aches from long hikes.
- Look cheap like they wouldn't work but guess what they do not a bad deal
- May not fit all shoe sizes properly
