He keeps the cheese. suitable for container sets

against mold or dehydration. Place a damp paper towel under the raised plate. I think how wet you keep the paper towel will adjust the dryness of the cheese. I used to store one piece of cheese in a plastic container and another in a plastic freezer bag. It always got moldy before I finished the block. I haven't had one either, too long, but so far I'm impressed. Before that, the block was wet and kind of muddy. now it stays like this when i opened it. I intend to experiment with how wet I keep the towel. Especially with different types of cheese. When I first got this I had a piece that was about 2" x 2" and just left it in my new toy for 2 days to see how it would perform. I was very happy with the result. A small piece of half-baked cheese dried out a little. It was actually better than when I put it in there. I've noticed that many people wonder how big a block can be. I bought a 2lb Tillamook block. I had to cut off about 1 cm from one end. I was disappointed to find out I then had to trim off about 3/8" from the top as well, which wasn't that easy. Luckily there are no points for neatness as it looks ugly from the top. I wonder if they forgot to add extra height for the paper towel and the tray with the cheese when planning. Definitely deducting a star for the poor planning in that regard. Otherwise definitely 5 stars. I like my cheese. Who I'll order another one (maybe two) since I like having more than one cheese on hand.Cheddar and pepperjack for crackers and the like, and real American (Land-o-Lakes. A raw butter imitation) for hamburgers and garden salads.
