I love that we can have all of our information in one place! It is very easy for guests who want everything at their fingertips - from making dinner reservations or booking massages via text messaging- with just 1 click away!! There are some features which could be improved but they're working hard towards it so hopefully soon there will not even any issue like this. As far as my experience goes, nothing really comes out negative either way (though sometimes you may find yourself wanting more options). The best thing about using mobile concierge is being able to provide your clients access anywhere anytime 24 hours365 days per year without having them come into an office location.
