Very pleased and will keep purchasing yearly for many year
I have been using this program since 2012 when it first came out as an upgrade to our previous product of PCSO2MS (since 1996).
The ability to see all clients at once has saved us countless hours! We are able now manage patient appointments better than we could before with any other system available including ours from prior years which was very good too but not nearly so easy nor efficient like CP does today!! Our staff loves how fast they can get their paperwork done compared what else there were doing previously that required more time - less stress.
Pros
- It's simple
- Easy access in multiple windows for each client or service/product line, plus much easier then having several different programs open simultaneously
- Accessibility through one log in instead many individual passwords; great security feature because you don't need separate accounts just your password used by others if needed.
- Quick searches within database easily possible without extensive programming knowledge
