I now own 3 ieGeek products and am a very satisfied customer. My first purchase was a doorbell and I was very happy with it, so I decided to try another wireless camera model that also worked perfectly, so I just bought this camera for outdoor use. This camera is used to monitor the part of the yard that cannot be seen from the doorbell in order to completely cover my front yard. Setting up this camera, like other devices, was incredibly easy, registering a new camera in the installed application took less than a minute. I've never been able to set up other brands of cameras like this. The camera records great video and automatically switches to night vision when needed. After spending some time getting used to the app, it is very easy to navigate. Notifications can be enabled or disabled for motion detection. Thanks to the wireless connection, I was able to install this camera without a power outlet nearby. The battery percentage is visible when I'm watching a live stream, so I always know when it's ready to charge. The only thing I would like to improve is the ability to connect to the camera outside of the app so you can view the feed. on a PC or other application. I installed an SD card to store recordings and it works fine. I just happened to stumble across this line of products while looking for a replacement for my "brand" doorbell that died right out of warranty and now I'm very glad it happened. I certainly won't miss the monthly subscription fee.
