Like most people, I've seen all the commercials promoting products like this. To be honest, I thought it was a gimmick and a one-time thing. where you get it, try a few times and then forget it. Boy was I wrong. I have some problems with my hamstrings. I walk a lot and am recovering from knee surgery. So there are certainly some muscle issues that can be addressed with something like this. if it were good I admit I was skeptical. I think after using it a few times though. It helped my general sore muscles. Circulation, range of motion and just the general "feel" of no stiffness/pain from long hours on my feet. I can easily see this becoming a routine part of my week/night if required. But he certainly won't end up on the bottom of the box, covered in dust. Structurally, it's a lot heavier than I thought. This is not a cheap device that will fall apart after a few uses. It also has many different attachments for different areas. Really nice case to keep everything together. The only minor bump I would like is the instructions. I'd appreciate more details on the methods, how long to use them, etc. I'll have to do some digging and research to figure out what are the best methods to use. But the car itself is fantastic so far. If anything changes, I will of course update my review. But so far I'm very impressed.
