Dead on arrival!: my review

I was delighted to order and receive an Acer monitor. As soon as I opened the box and took it out ---- the excitement stopped. The instruction manual is almost illegible, still amazed at how small the print could be used. I had to go online to find a manual that I could easily read. But everything happens. Unfortunately the instructions were unprofessional, vague and confusing. No troubleshooting section or what if.? As a result, the monitor would not turn on. I have contacted Revain Support for further assistance. I knew more than the technical support specialist. She put me in contact with an Acer representative. After an hour and thirty-five minutes on the phone, the connection was cut off. No follow-up from Revain or Acer. I returned the Acer monitor. The return was easy and efficient. Kudos to Revain and UPS. I have ordered an Hp monitor and so far from my experience everything has been great from the packaging, the manual, the online support and the monitor. My advice is to forget Acer and buy Hp.

Cons
  • After two months, no longer responds to either the power button or the USB-C input with two different computers.
