Serious massage and pain relief!

Best $40 I've Ever Spent! After shoulder surgery a few years ago, I suffered from upper chest, shoulder and neck pain. Professional massage works best, but I can't afford it all the time. I've been wearing this piece for a few months now and it fits my shoulders and neck well. I just hold on to the straps and move them where needed, adjusting the pressure on the more painful areas. It was a few minutes before I realized there was a pause between cycles as he changed direction. So don't worry, it's not broken. It also took me a while before my current injury, a severe lower back strain, to realize that the three settings weren't just about the speed or strength of the massage, they also seemed to have different patterns. I visited my doctor and took cyclobenzaprine, ibuprofen and acetaminophen, which helped. But once the medication ran out, I was just as immobile as before. It wasn't until the second day that I started using this while sitting in my back-supported office chair that I noticed improvements. I start in the middle of the back and then gradually reduce the load over 20 minutes to the buttocks. Mobility and pain improved dramatically even as the medication wore off. However, be warned that if you have an injury, this is a "hurts so good" massage and you will feel bruised afterwards as if it was being performed by a professional. After that I freeze my back which helps.
