This dog looks cute and interacts a little. We only took a few steps. The volume is not adjustable and I found it too loud. Some of the comments he makes are negative. The words are kind of stupid. It tells the story of a grandmother with gray hair because of everything her daughter (dog mom) did when she was little. If the dog repeats what you say, the words will be slurred. I do not recommend this product.
