The need to wash glasses/cups frequently

I've found it works quickly on my drinking glasses, but isn't as effective on my plastic cups. My daughter takes a fiber supplement (diluted with water) and when she's done with it I like to wash the cup and drink it for the rest of the day. Plastic cups require a little more rubbing with this nozzle. I think that there are no problems with glasses made of another material, but a little more work with plastic.
