Wall Control is great. The metal plate is a clutch. Magnetic. Holds weight. doesn't break Some of their accessories, such as B. slotted hooks tend to fall out when tools are removed. In this case I choose a different brand of heavy duty metal hooks. However, when it comes to larger wall control accessories like this drill holder, they're at the top! Three drill bits take up about the same amount of space as one drill bit on a more traditional hanging hook. I have a few Ridgid models, they all fit perfectly. To help others I have an old Dewalt that also fits. Ridgid and Dewalt batteries fit well. See the pictures, I have measured the holes to help you ensure your model will fit. The metal itself of this accessory appears to be thin and flexible outside of the packaging. But once properly installed, it's pretty durable. Very happy with it!
