The quality exceeds all expectations, I recommend to buy.

Canon 600D is a high quality solid camera. To plunge into the world of real photography, this is what you need. Learning to shoot with him is easy and enjoyable. Despite the transition to a new level and the renewal of the fleet of vehicles, I am not going to part with it! :) In vain everyone scolds the whale lens . the fact that it does not blur the background like fixes does not make it bad. At least my kit is sharp, it doesn’t focus, it doesn’t wash corners, the stabilizer works great. Fifty kopecks cannot boast of this, it blurs cool of course, but the focus is unpredictable, it may not get there . aperture is a controversial thing, on a dark whale (due to the stabilizer) indoors it’s really possible to make a sharp shot at 1/10, while fifty kopecks 1/60 maximum , otherwise lubrication is guaranteed (on a crop, 50 mm turn into 80). Together with focus misses in low light, the picture from vaunted fixes can be disappointing)

Pros

Much has been said about virtues, all of them are true. I especially note the excellent image quality (with adequate shooting parameters), pleasant colors, pleasant, albeit less sharp than RAW camera JPEG. 18 megapixels may be a lot on crop, but they make it possible to resize the picture, getting the same detail as on fatter pixels, but when shooting in a studio or from a tripod, they will bypass them in detail. Another very important thing: all the necessary shooting settings can be changed with one right hand without looking up from the viewfinder (my new camera, of a higher class, needs to use the left hand to change iso). The whale lens is very good (maybe a good copy).

Cons

- at the limit iso (more than 4000) the degradation of the picture is strong . DD drops, colors float, noise eats up details. In principle, no one expects miracles from the crop) I consider an acceptable iso 3200 a good result. - disadvantage for photo fetishists (i. E. most people will never need it): 600d does not stretch well. At iso 100, you can pull out a little more stop from overexposure and about 2 stops from darkness. The noise pattern during extraction is unpleasant and consists of vertical stripes (banding), color noise cannot be completely suppressed either. it forms large color patches. - auto focus misses in low light
