Review on BenefitMall EmployerFocus by John Brazington

I like that it helps keep track of our benefits for us - It's simple, easy-to use & has helped improve retention by providing helpful tools which allows people who have never used this before no problem using/learning how! We are able t get info we need quickly when necessary but not overwhelm if you just want general overviews or something more detailed (such as medical records). Benefits can be very complicated so having access right away makes life easier during enrollment process!! I like that it's easy for my clients to use, they can easily find what they need when they want. It also makes finding benefits so much easier! The only thing i dislike about this program is how slow it sometimes goes. Sometimes you have to wait up to 5 minutes just to get back into your page which really slows down productivity. We are able to save tons of time by using this software because we do not have to go through each individual employee or employer file anymore.
